Description
We are a busy national commercial glass, doors and lock company. We are looking to add an additional account coordinator to our team


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of client projects
  • Collaborate with other team members
Duties include (but are not limited to)

  • Dispatching technicians and subcontractors
- updating customers
- ordering parts
- following up on open calls
- estimating

Dispatching and construction experience an asset


Requirements:


  • Must have strong verbal and written French and English skills
  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both French and English
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
$18.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
