Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document them
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle
- Provide estimates for repairs and services
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Explain repairs and services to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or dealership setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Mechanical knowledge or experience as a mechanic is a plus

Experience:
