Brandt is currently looking for the HR Administrator - Culture in our Regina location.


This position will support the Human Resources Culture department with various initiatives, programs and activities that will foster an engaging work environment and enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance, ultimately contributing to the organization's overall success.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provide administrative support to Brandt's apprentices, including monitoring enrollment of apprentices, reporting on workbased hours, tracking status in the apprenticeship program, and providing guidance on the terms and conditions of Brandt's apprenticeship policy.
  • Assist or direct employees and managers with trainingrelated inquiries.
  • Provide support with training records and management, including the implementation and management of a future learning management system to ensure accurate training data and records.
  • Prepare and deliver regular training reports to HR Management.
  • Schedule, organize, and manage training and orientation sessions, workshops, seminars, and other learning events.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue booking, materials preparation, and technology setup.
  • Provide coordination support for Brandt University, including programs such as onboarding, learning and development, employee experience, etc.
  • Assist in updating training materials, presentations, and resources for various training programs to ensure they are relevant and current.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and training software is a plus.
