Location - Enterprise Square. This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person.

Position
Are you a passionate and experienced professional in talent management? Are you adept at fostering organizational culture, driving engagement, enhancing employee health and well-being and implementing effective recognition programs and strategies?


As a Consultant, Talent Management, you will play a pivotal role in working with our Human Resource Partners and client groups to develop and implement programs and strategies that attract, develop, engage and retain top talent.

You will be responsible for providing expert guidance, project management and insights on a number of functional areas within the Talent Management Center of Expertise.

These functional areas may include organizational culture, engagement, recognition, and talent strategy. You will have the ability to work on a variety of projects as the strategic priorities shift and evolve.


In all facets of this role, the incumbent will endeavor to advance the University's commitments to indigeneity, equity, diversity and inclusivity priorities.

The incumbent will understand, fulfill, and promote the health, safety and environment strategic plan and will demonstrate the HRHSE values of; Trust, Accountability, Relationship Building, and Safety.


Duties

  • Focus on driving results from the Human Resources, Health, Safety and Environment (HRHSE) Strategic plan.
  • Contribute to a variety of initiatives and projects such as the development of a volunteer program for the university; Participate from initial concept to implementation, explore, research and create a remote work strategy that addresses remote work options outside the province and country.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of organizational culture, employee health and wellbeing and engagement levels to identify areas of improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance organizational culture, promote employee wellbeing, and foster a positive work environment.
