Home Equity Bank is embarking on a Digital transformation which will evolve our technology and ways of working with an organization wide Salesforce implementation.

This contract role will be supporting the Digital Transformation Office as a Change Manager and Communications; responsible for leading change management initiatives to enable adoption of business change required to make the digital transformation a success.

Will be responsible for designing and leading the Digital communication strategy; keeping leaders and end users informed along the journey and implementation of the initiative.

This role will focus on the business side of the change ensuing adoption, usage and sustainment of changes within the organization.


MAJOR ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE

Key accountabilities of this position include:

  • Lead change management initiatives by assessing the scope and impact of business changes, by working with stakeholders to refine change roadmap for implementation.
  • Design and perform postimplementation support and sustainment activities, including tracking of KPIs to assess adoption of the new ways of working.
  • Implement stakeholder engagement and communications roadmap. Actively engage stakeholders with planning and creating change and communications roadmap, ensuring an inclusive approach and buyin
  • Develop a communication plan in support of the Digital initiative, working closely with the program team and stakeholders to ensure messaging is accurate and resonates to business needs.
  • Work with Training partners to ensure training curriculum is effective and appropriate modalities are selected. Ensure stakeholders are involved in planning phase of training material to ensure successful adoption.
  • Provide changerelated consultation to clients, including assessing change readiness, developing change plans, and coaching leaders throughout change processes.
  • Work with the Digital program team to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
  • Ensures that the vision of the Digital initiative is is maintained and understood throughout change initiatives and that leaders are thoroughly involved and guide their teams throughout the change.
  • Promote a positive work culture, act as a change leader, and invest in professional development through coaching and performance management.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


  • University degree or college diploma preferably in Human Resources and or Business
  • Experience managing endtoend change initiatives from initiation to sustaining and adoption
  • Developing and implementing communication plans and tactics
  • Organizational Development Best Practices
