Auto Body Technician
A day in the Life of an
Auto Body Technician at
ProColor Collision

  • Repair and replace front end components, body components, doors and frame and underbody components as per manufacturer's specifications.
  • Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents and seams.
  • Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills using wrenches and cutting torch and bolt or weld replacement parts into place.
  • Repair and replace glass components such as windshields, windows and sunroofs.
  • Repair or replace interior components, such as seat frame assembly, carpets and floorboard insulation.
  • Test repaired equipment for proper performance.
  • Ensure the achievement of quality standards in restoration and repair, in order to reduce and eliminate rework and warranty claims.

Requirements:


  • 12 years of experience as a Auto Body Technician or similar role.
  • A valid driver's license
