Job Summary:
Use an enthusiastic approach to maintain a growth-culture focused on the people of SWS.

Coordinate with department leads and direct the routine functions of HR to enforce company policies and practices, including recruitment strategies, onboarding policies, and retention programs.


Responsibilities
- intense focus on being the chief advocate for SWS team members and championing their development and engagement
- develops programs to track and increase employee morale and promotes an engaging employee experience built around united goals, mission, and values to foster a positive, growth-minded culture
- ensures respectful treatment of all employees and fosters trust and communication across all levels
- works with managers to monitor key performance indicators and helps deliver appropriate learning and development programs to drive the personal growth and success of employees
- implements and drives talent recruitment process, assisting managers with sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new team members
- builds and maintains a world-class onboarding program to drive increased employee satisfaction and retention including routine follow-ups at key-points in their SWS journey
- extremely knowledgeable of employment legislation and regulations and able to provide accurate, timely responses to employee and management inquiries
- facilitates and mediates required dispute resolution and workplace investigations
- reviews, updates, and enforces HR strategies and procedures as required, while documenting and reporting HR metrics to management to support strategic decisions


Requirements:

- university degree or college diploma in Human Resources or related Human Resources experience
- excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
- ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines as required
- up-to-date knowledge of workplace legislation and regulations
- advanced computer knowledge (Microsoft Office
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
