Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents and other documentation logistics for account opening, maintenance and management; verify the authenticity of identifications and signatures
- Answer customer enquiries in person and over the phone; serve new and existing customers based upon business manager's instruction
- Conduct KYC, annual account review, and other compliance work
- Communicate and work with internal stakeholders, such as Operations, Compliance, and Treasury
- Check and delivery routine reports
- Conduct office administration works including expense reimbursements, supply ordering, courier arrangement, etc
- Control branch stationery and its and replenishment
- Perform physical checking of office equipment and furniture fixture
- Call for services / maintenance of furniture / equipments of the office / premises as needed
- Other assignments / projects as directed by Branch Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in business, finance, or related fields
- Strong experience in document management and archiving with proof of carefulness, some knowledge of banking products preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (verbal and written, Mandarin and English) to communicate with customers and other internal departments
- Effective working knowledge in computer software, i.e. wordprocessing, spreadsheet
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle difficult situations
Job Types:
