Responsibilities:


  • Prepare documents and other documentation logistics for account opening, maintenance and management; verify the authenticity of identifications and signatures
  • Answer customer enquiries in person and over the phone; serve new and existing customers based upon business manager's instruction
  • Conduct KYC, annual account review, and other compliance work
  • Communicate and work with internal stakeholders, such as Operations, Compliance, and Treasury
  • Check and delivery routine reports
  • Conduct office administration works including expense reimbursements, supply ordering, courier arrangement, etc
  • Control branch stationery and its and replenishment
  • Perform physical checking of office equipment and furniture fixture
  • Call for services / maintenance of furniture / equipments of the office / premises as needed
  • Other assignments / projects as directed by Branch Manager

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or above in business, finance, or related fields
  • Strong experience in document management and archiving with proof of carefulness, some knowledge of banking products preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (verbal and written, Mandarin and English) to communicate with customers and other internal departments
  • Effective working knowledge in computer software, i.e. wordprocessing, spreadsheet
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle difficult situations

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 30 per week
