Description
Each employee plays an important role to provide support to the Sisters in their home.Employee responsibilities are performed in keeping with the philosophy and belief that the Sisters and their families are the focus of all care and activities.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a commercial cooking program or equivalent experience
- Experience in preparing meals for groups, geriatric food preparation would be considered an asset
- Understanding of dietary restrictions and food preparation for same
- Conscious of nutritious, balanced meals, while being mindful of costs.
- Focus on strictly adhering to and enforcing proper preparation, cooking, sanitation and storage processes
- Proven ability to work alone and as a member of a Team
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
