Working in a high rise multi residential portfolio the Maintenance Helper is responsible for cleaning and installing Air Conditioners in an efficent and safe manner, while offering exceptional customer service.
A proactive approach together with a team oriented can-do attitude is required to ensure a high level of customer and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and install air conditioners
- Provide high quality customer service to residents
- Ensure a team approach is taken in working together with Building and Asst. Managers
- Provide feedback on any issues noticed within suites that requires attention/intervention
- Employ a high standard of care and safety with all tasks
Job Type:
Seasonal
Contract length: 3.5 months
Salary:
$16.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
