- To ensure customer service is provided through maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to company policies, procedures and standards
- Plan and perform all aspects of meat wrapping functions including stocking, displays, price changes and facing of product
- Handle merchandise ensuring quality and minimize damages and markdowns
- Perform general clean up duties to ensure an efficient, safe and clean meat department is maintained
- Grade 9 or acceptable combination of education and experience
- Previous retail or related experience
- Knowledge of Meat Wrapping or related retail meat experience
- Knowledge of ordering and receiving procedures
