    Description

    We are seeking Meat Wrapper to join our team This position reports directly to the Meat Supervisor and some of the responsibilities include;

  • To ensure customer service is provided through maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to company policies, procedures and standards
  • Plan and perform all aspects of meat wrapping functions including stocking, displays, price changes and facing of product
  • Handle merchandise ensuring quality and minimize damages and markdowns
  • Perform general clean up duties to ensure an efficient, safe and clean meat department is maintained

    • What skills and abilities will you need to be considered?

  • Grade 9 or acceptable combination of education and experience
  • Previous retail or related experience

    • What skills and abilities will set you apart from others?

  • Knowledge of Meat Wrapping or related retail meat experience
  • Knowledge of ordering and receiving procedures

    MINIMUM / ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Grade 9 or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
    • Previous retail or related experience.
    DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Knowledge of ordering and receiving procedures
    • Previous meat wrapping orrelated meat experience.
