- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the association's membership.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with the association and its members, providing exceptional service and support.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to understand and address the specific group benefits needs of clients.
- Present and sell customized group benefits solutions, demonstrating the value and advantages of our offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to effectively position our products and services.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and client service teams to ensure proposals and plans meet clients' expectations and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements, including maintaining a valid LLQP license.
- Proven experience in sales, specifically in group benefits or a related field.
- Must possess a current LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) license.
- Strong understanding of group benefits products and the insurance market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- High level of self-motivation and organization, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
