You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the tenant experience including showings, rentals, administration, move in/out, suite inspections, repairs and maintenance, working with trades, and tenant relations.

Resident Building manager for 4745 Ledgerwood Rd, Nanaimo, BC V9T 6K8 (Cascades) and 3690 Country Club Drive, Nanaimo, BC V9T 1T8 (Magnolia).

The Building Manager is a service-oriented, self-starter with problem-solving skills, as well as a collaborative team-player who is able to build professional relationships within the organization and with our tenants.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following responsibilities.Responsibilities
- Manage the tenant experience endtoend for the assigned building(s) including building upkeep, showings, move in/outs', inspections, tenant relations, and administration.
- Enforce and ensure adherence to the BC Residential Tenancy Act.
- Prepare vacant suites for new tenants by completing necessary repairs, upgrades and/or cleaning.
- Promote tenant satisfaction through the timely resolution of complaints, ongoing communication, and by maintaining the property in a clean, safe, and orderly state of repair.
- Ensure that the appearance and physical aspects of the building(s) meet organizational standards.
- Coordinate work activities and services from vendors and other contractors as needed.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
