We are experiencing continuous growth and have an immediate opening for the
Marketing Manager position working 3 days in our head office in Richmond BC and 2 days remotely.


The Marketing Manager is responsible for the creation, management and maintenance of content that informs and inspires our customers online and in store.

The position will be leading the marketing team and will report to the Vice President, Marketing & IT.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications include, but are not limited to the following:


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop industry leading content using bestinclass imagery, video, copy and layout.
  • Provide leadership, motivation, and coaching to the marketing team, ensure projects are managed and executed in an efficient and effective manner from creative inception to completion.
  • Maintain and enhance content on both our customer sites and the Peak site by leveraging our awardwinning products, the creative talents of our teams, and strong partnerships with our internal and external customers.
  • Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned.

Experience, Traits and Qualifications

  • Possess at least 7 years marketing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field is preferred
  • Handson experience in creating content; strong in copywriting
  • Experience in leading a highperformance team in a resultsdriven environment
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decisionmaking skills
  • A creative passion for developing persuasive and engaging content through storytelling
  • Willing to 'roll up their sleeves'; demonstrates an ambitious 'yes, can do' attitude

Compensation:
Starting from $75,000 + bonus depending on experience.
