Your Opportunity
Due North is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The successful applicant will work from our Georgetown location.

You Are
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Chief Operating Officer's daily calendar to ensure highpriority meetings and deliverables are scheduled appropriately and collaborate with the Operational team and other internal and external stakeholders to make necessary arrangements.
- Draft and/or edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and announcements as requested.
- Support agenda management.
- Assist in the development, organization, and preparation of select meetings and/or events including all the necessary material and execution of all related PowerPoint presentations and all other documents
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentations.
- Preparing for meetings and recording, transcribing, and distributing minutes of meetings.
- Support the COO with presentation and report preparation for Board and organizational meetings.
- Assist with the preparation of financial documents such as budgets, variance reports etc.
- Plan and coordinate offsite meetings, group, project, and team events.
You Have
- Post secondary education in an applicable field such as Business Administration, Finance or related field
- Exceptional Excel and Office Suites experience
- 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant/Administrator working in a business setting and supporting executivelevel staff. (Executives, Directors, Presidents, Vice Presidents, etc.)
- High attention to detail and data accuracy a requirement
- Strong data analysis and problemsolving skills and the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful reporting
- Experience working in a complex data environment
- Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Resultsoriented individual with experience working under tight deadlines in a highpressure working environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, while developing and maintaining effective working relationships with others

$57,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
