Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Acquire rental authorization, extension, closing rental agreements from insurance companies
• Signing up clients for insurance replacements in the field
• Invoicing and following up on delayed payments
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Communicate with client and arrange for pickup or drop off services
• Handle administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding and scanning
• Detailing and maintenance of vehicles

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

Proven driving experience and record:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Handson experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Salary:
$15.00-$18.00 per hour
