Who You Are:


The Real World Data (RWD) Program Manager is an essential role in delivering on the various programs required to manage the RWD roadmap and enable the RWD strategy.

The RWD Program Manager role includes components of strategy (understanding and translation of the RWD Organization vision and priorities into results), operating model design (development and implementation of an operating model to deliver on product development, programs and service delivery), program management (leading highly important projects in white spaces as well as providing oversight for selected program areas), and support delivery of quality work


Main Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate, manage and implement the design of new operating models for RWD
  • Act as inhouse consulting capability, responsible for realignment and support of major program
  • Developing strategic documents and articulating the value associated with RWD products developed within the AI factory or leveraging the RWD ecosystem
  • Works with product owners to identify mechanisms to modularize data transformation, analytic, or AI components and scale products to different GBUs and functional areas in a standardized, expedited manner
  • Support development and execution of the RWD Strategy and Roadmap through monitoring of progress and related KPIs and work with key stakeholders to support delivery
  • Support the RWD Organization agenda in line with the company's strategic priorities
  • Execute mechanisms to effectively scale the RWD organization across strategic global hubs
  • Develop a people strategy to ensure the effective growth of the organization
  • Manage a capability stack to ensure capabilities meet anticipated roadmap needs and have the right people, processes and technology to support
  • Ensure that the RWD Organization roadmap is on track and aligned with the evolving priorities of the organization
  • Coordinate preparatory work and briefing materials for key meetings
  • Leverage and engage resources across the organization to ensure RWD priorities are delivered
  • Manage the run business operations for the RWD Organization's portfolio, including integration with Finance, Procurement and other corporate functions

Key Qualifications and Competencies:


  • Education in Business, Engineering or Computer Sciences at a Bachelor's level
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated Data & Analytics consulting experience (Strategic Thinker)
  • Demonstrated Data & Analytics translation, with the ability to create business value through data products
  • Demonstrated technofunctional data capabilities (data engineering, data science, architecture, cloud, data visualization)
  • Product management skillsets
  • Ability to lead agile teams
  • Ability to manage strategic partnerships internally and externally
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally, strong team player
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, analytical and strategic capabilities
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in autonomy with limited guidelines.

Pay:
$150,977.15-$161,170.78 per year
