We continue to grow and today are looking for a committed, talented, star to join our team as our
Building Maintenance.



Responsibilities:


  • Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, and minor repairs.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment and furniture for renovations and events.
  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
  • Support the maintenance of outdoor spaces, including landscaping and snow removal, assisting Facilities Team to perform Preventive Maintenance tasks and general services installations.
  • Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete larger maintenance projects.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations when performing tasks.
  • Monitor tools and other necessary materials used for facilities operations.
  • Assist with the coordination of waste disposal and recycling efforts.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings & weekends
  • Accompany and assist third party suppliers on site

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in general labor or maintenance roles is a plus.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to work safely in various environments, preferably in food industry.
  • Aerial Platform Training
  • Working at Height and Fall Protection Training
  • Scissor Lift Operator Training
