Job Type:
Part-time Weekend 20-25 hours

Liberte Cafe & Restaurant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Helper to join our team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team environment, has at least 1 year of commercial kitchen experience, and is willing to learn and grow with our company.

Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation as directed by the kitchen manager.
Wash dishes and keep the kitchen area clean and organized.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with cooking tasks as needed and directed by the kitchen manager.
Work in a fastpaced environment and be able to multitask efficiently.
Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with other kitchen staff members.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of commercial kitchen experience.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain one prior to starting.

We offer competitive compensation starting at $17-19/hour plus tips, at least 20 hours per week, and extended care benefits are available.

Our kitchen manager will provide training and support to ensure your success in this role.

Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
