  • Mandatory (no exceptions, bilingual and fluency in both required)
  • 12 Years Customer Service Experience
  • 13 years of browser troubleshooting practices
  • Knowledge of computer software, such as configuration management software, desktop communications software, operating system software.
  • Previous Help Desk or Contact Center experience
  • Technical Help Desk Experience

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
