As an Asphalt Plant Operator, You Will:
- Conduct daily maintenance and repairs of Asphalt Plant as/when required to minimize breakdowns
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly equipment inspection/maintenance logs
- Perform major repairs and/or rehabilitation of asphalt plant components
- Back up Asphalt plant operator (will train)
- Operate loader to feed the plant when required
- Coordinate, communicate and work with the asphalt plant manager to ensure high quality production of asphalt products
- Maintain inventory of wearable maintenance components/parts for plant
What You'll Bring:
- AZ or DZ Drivers license would be an asset along with a clean drivers abstract
- Welding and mechanical skills is an asset
- Front end Loader experience (824K / 972M or equivalent) is an asset
- Millwright experience or training is an asset
- Dependable and reliable
- Maintain & operate equipment in a safe manner
- Basic computer skills
- Team player with a focus on safety
- Flexible hours required
