What We're Looking For


We are looking for an Operations and Deployment Analyst to join the Education Services team to be accountable for the administrative and logístical aspects of the Department.

This resource will also be required to use project management skills to support the end-to-end deployment of tailored Education Services programs including needs analysis, development of program deployment plans, tracking of deliverables and post-implementation review and feedback.

Collaborate with key stakeholders and manage the operational aspects of Education Service's communication channels with the business, and administrative aspects of the Learning Management System.

What You'll Do- Attend meetings and document needs analysis and assessments by identifying audience groups, and gather data to include in plans for upcoming project kick offs for Global Training projects and distributing meeting minutes to stakeholders- Assist with the development of Training deployment plans by planning, trainer and attendee session scheduling, and gaining approvals from stakeholders- Administer and maintain Global Training and Education Services SharePoint content repositories for processes, library of training content and resources- Assist with the development of Project Plans to track timelines, milestones, and help mitigate issues- Work with development teams on testing product/platform changes, and provide sign-off prior to changes going live- Assist with the creation of feedback surveys to measure training effectiveness by analyzing reports- Assist with day-to-day operational workflows and suggest/implement recommendations and new processes, track trends, facilitate change management Participate in monthly vendor calls with CSM and work with Education Services vendors on implementing and evaluating new product roadmap changes, scheduled maintenance, and future enhancements to the platform- Provide logístical support such as booking rooms, scheduling, and reporting efforts.

Mitigate issues as required Completion/attendance reporting, utilization reporting, and creating, deploying and analyzing feedback surveys to measure training effectiveness- Maintain daily intake and vet requests for customer escalations, training plans, needs assessments, LMS inquiries, and paid Education Services deliverables


Experience You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of related fulltime work experience Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalency Strong English verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office Proactive/ selfstarter with the ability to multitask in fast paced environments maintaining several projects and work assignments simultaneously Proficient at coordination and facilitation of meetings Project Management experience or Certifications is an asset Salesforce experience or Certifications is an asset Experience with LMS system management, functional testing, contact management, course management is an asset Experience in Data Management / Reporting capabilities across multiple systems (Salesforce, LMS, Power BI)
