As a Customer Service Representative at Groupe Ménage Star, you will be the face and voice of our company, ensuring that every interaction with our clients is positive and professional.

You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure a seamless experience.

From scheduling appointments to addressing concerns, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our services, pricing, and policies
  • Schedule cleaning appointments and coordinate with our team to ensure timely service delivery
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize processes and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Salary:
$20.25 per hour
