Some of the cool stuff you'll be doing:
Working closely with client studios to bring their games to life
Providing developers with feedback on implemented features
Creating test artifacts (test plans, test cases and test scripts)
Executing or supervising the execution of those test artifacts
Facilitating or performing ad hoc testing of multiple game components and features to identify defects
Building a solid relationship with your game development peers in-house and around the world


Supporting your teammates as an integral part of the dev team: identify problems early in the development cycle, report issues when needed while providing follow-up, and ensuring that QA procedures are following Agile methodologies.


What you'll bring to the table:
You enjoy being part of a creative, technical and dynamic problem-solving team
2+ years of software test engineering or relevant QA experience
You bring a highly collaborative, supportive and innovative approach to teamwork
You are autonomous and proactive in looking ahead for issues, with superior time management and organizational skills
You are a critical thinker, and a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills while being flexible and adaptable to change
Experienced with defect management systems and game development tools
Strong working knowledge of Excel, source control and document collaboration tools
Excellent problem solving skills
Open-minded and team-oriented
Curious and always learning
Strong organizational and communication skills


Bonus Points for experience in the following areas:
Scripting languages
Programming experience with C++ and C#
Experience working in Unreal, Unity and custom game engines
Superior working knowledge of JIRA, Visual Studio, Excel, Perforce and Confluence
Knowledge of multiple source control systems
Agile Scrum practices, certification is a bonus
ISTQB certification or equivalent
A love for gaming
Shipped games or apps
Experience working directly with external clients
Post-secondary diploma or degree in game development or equivalent experience
