Erindale Animal Hospital is a 2-doctor small companion animal practice in Mississauga. We are looking for a dedicated, responsible veterinary assistant work part time.

Compensation will commensurate with experience.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills with clients
• Compassionate and prioritizes patient care
• Detailoriented and able to work efficiently in fastpaced, stressful situations
• Experience with AVImark is an asset, but not required
• Available to work shifts on Saturdays and evenings, if needed

Job responsibilities of Veterinary Assistant:

• Assisting veterinarians with treatments, surgeries and appointments
• Providing basic care for inclinic patients such as feeding and walking
• General cleaning/maintenance of the hospital

Experience is your asset, however, we are welcomed for anyone who is wiling to work with animals


Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
$15.50-$20.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay
