The Position...

Responsibilities include:

Preparing shipping manifests
Responding to customer inquiries
Building relationships with customers through excellent customer service
Grading material
General office administrative tasks

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel and Outlook)
Ability to show initiative and support where needed, team player.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Flexible, adaptable, with strong multitasking skills.

Logistics knowledge and purchasing experience is considered an asset.
