About the Role

eHealth is driven to make patient information electronic and easily accessible to patients and health care providers across the province, centralize health system data analytics and manage provincial health registry & vital statistic services.


eHealth Saskatchewan is seeking Strategic Business Relationship Managers who will be the point of contact for eHealth partners such as the Ministry of Health, Saskatchewan Cancer Agency, Saskatchewan Health Authority, 3S Health and other key health care partners.

This position will serve as a key conduit and strategic point of contact for our partners.

As such, the primary focus is on strategic business relationship management, leveraged to optimize business value to the health sector.


What are we looking for?


Participate as a member of the Senior Leadership Team in establishing annual unit operational plans, set priorities on an ongoing basis, and ensuring collaborative working relationships are maintained with Executive Directors, Directors, and unit Managers within the organization.


This position will participate on assigned health sector committees and joint initiatives that can influence the technology direction of the health sector overall.


You will:

  • Be a system level thinker;
  • Be an active listener who is able to understand, define, and communicate the complex IT and business needs of partners and stakeholders;
  • Have the proven ability to work in a fastpaced environment, with crossfunctional work teams and manage varying responsibilities;
  • Depth of experience drafting complex business cases and proposals;
  • A Problem solver with the desire, and ability, to facilitate decisions & build consensus amongst groups with competing priorities and agendas;
  • Have the proven ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing;
  • Bring proven experience working with government executives and officials;
  • Bring the proven ability to build and maintain effective and trusting relationships with various business partners and levels within the organization;
  • Have experience designing new service offerings and cost structures;
high degree of political acumen;

  • Bring a high level of initiative, analytical and collaboration abilities; and
  • Have experience developing/negotiating service level agreements.

Experience & Qualifications


Typically, the knowledge and skills required for this position would be attained through the completion of a post-secondary education in Business, Technology, Health, or related education along with 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Clinical experience or experience in health care or health sector related business knowledge are considered assets.

  • Postsecondary degree in business, technology, health or related field.
  • Have minimum 5 years management experience.
  • Would be an asset to have 7 years working in the healthcare or eHealth sectors.
  • Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM) practitioner qualification would be an asset
  • Proven experience managing and/or sponsoring strategic projects at the provincial or national level.
  • Facilitation experience would be an asset.
