    The Role

    The Athletics Director will provide leadership and strategic direction in the management of innovative, progressive programs, processes and services within their portfolio including but not limited to athletics, and community programs. The Director is responsible for the overall direction of the Athletic leadership, operation, and management, including long and short-term planning. The Director is expected to align the overall Athletic vision, planning, and goals with the NWP strategic plan. The Director is responsible for the strategic oversight and effective management of all programs within the Athletic portfolio and is expected to business plan for the operation through revenue generation (event ticketing, fundraising, strategic partnership, program development, service delivery, etc.) and efficient expenditure control. Relationship cultivation and creation is a vital role for the Director.
