Description

We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst to lead data quality efforts for Enterprise Data Governance and Enablement (EDGE).


Reporting to the Head of Data Governance, as the Data Quality Analyst at Electronic Arts, you will help maintain the quality and consistency of our data.

You will collaborate with teams to define data quality standards, develop data quality processes, and implement strategies to improve data accuracy and completeness.

Your analytical skills will identify data quality issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. You have a understanding of data governance principles, data management best practices, and experience working with large datasets. Open to remote work.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our partners to establish data quality standards
  • Develop and implement data quality processes
  • Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues
  • Perform root cause analysis of data discrepancies and implement corrective measures
  • Develop data quality dashboards and reports
  • Monitor data quality metrics and performance indicators
  • Design and implement data cleansing and enrichment activities
  • Provide recommendations for data quality improvements and ensure compliance with our data governance policies
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve data quality issues and implement preventive measures
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and latest technologies related to data quality management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Experience as a Data Quality Analyst or similar role
  • Experience with data governance principles, data management best practices, and data quality frameworks
  • Proficient in data profiling and analysis using SQL, Python, or other relevant tools
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Experience with data cleansing, data enrichment, and data validation techniques
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
  • And ability to work with large datasets
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to data quality (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus
