Over the years our customers have come to trust us to design and deliver their promotional solution. Our 40,000 square foot facility has a production capacity of 12,000 printed garments daily as well as 5000 embroideries. Our Art department takes great pride in creating unique and trendy designs.


As one of the largest Advertising Specialties Organization in Canada, our volume purchasing and production capacity gives us a pricing and delivery advantage in the market, which is reflected in the prices we offer.


Responsibilities Include

  • Conducting all transactions within the scope of Fundy Textile & Design's quality system.
  • Directing all efforts in a manner that is consistent with the goals outlined by the Sales Manager.
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding availability of products and services including historical information.
  • Providing quotes based on established wholesale/retail price lists and the guidelines established by the Sales Manager.
  • Working with the Sales Manager to achieve predetermined projections through retention and penetration of existing accounts.
  • Strengthen customer relationships resulting in increased customer awareness, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Generating new business from both existing and potential customers.
  • Dealing with customer complaints.
  • Monitoring orders and make amendments to contracts when required.
  • Keeping good customer information on hand.
  • Communicating any changes to Fundy in terms of trends and markets.
  • Communicating key sales and customer issues to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized showroom and sample package.
  • Generating reports as required.

Remuneration:
Commensurate with experience, base salary plus commission
