Manager/Team Lead, Business Division Vancouver


Employment Type:
Fixed Term Contract/Full Time, Permanent


Location:
Vancouver, BC

  • To implement and monitor a followup/tracking system ensuring credit proposals are timely submitted to CRM and approving authorities; loan and security documents, insurance, title documents etc. are followed until completed and sent to CRM for safekeeping;
  • Provide office administrative support to the Branch, greeting customers and guests, draft minutes, memos and facsimile messages, filling of confidential/sensitive records
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly, etc. reports on loans and any other assignment as directed by the Manager
  • Support Business Manager in maintaining client relationship and prospecting potential clients
  • Liaise with office equipment suppliers to ensure office equipment is properly maintained
  • Provide administrative support to the Superior as required

Qualification

  • 23 Years of related work experience.
  • Verbal and writing skills in both English and Chinese with work proficiency.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Other qualifications are as per the Bank's standard hiring requirement.
