We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Guest Service Agent.

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for all guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.

Your warm and welcoming attitude will set the tone for their visit, creating a positive and pleasant environment for all.

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and promptness.

In addition, you will assist by providing information about the hotel's amenities, nearby attractions, and answering any questions guests may have.

You will also play a key role in coordinating guest services, such as arranging transportation, making reservations, and addressing any special requests.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to effectively listen to guests, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.

Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be responsible for accurately inputting guest information, processing payments, and maintaining guest records.

Responsibilities
*A minimum of 3 years previous experience working at the Front Desk of a luxury hotel.

*A College Hospitality Diploma is an asset.

*Proficient with Property Management Systems.

*Knowledge of computers and cash handling experience is mandatory.

*Ability to be punctual and reliable is mandatory.

*General knowledge of local area attractions and transportation.

*Excellent communication and organizational skills; friendly and courteous disposition even in stressful situations.

*Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. Second language is an asset.

*Arrive dressed in professional attire and maintain a neat personal appearance every shift.

Pay:
From $21.00 per hour
