The marketing team of UAP's heavy vehicle division is looking for a web catalog technician whose main role will be to contribute to the creation and updating of a quality product catalog for the Traction, TW and Cadel transactional sites.


Your role will be to:

  • Plan and monitor data collection from suppliers.
  • Participate in the enrichment plan, plan and report any planned changes.
  • Ensure online availability of products.
  • Maintain an uptodate catalog of 500,000 products, enriching their content (images, specifications, etc.).
  • Respect enrichment standards and explore all possible improvements to the customer experience or working methods.
  • Categorize products to enhance the user experience.
  • Create a good search experience on our sites by maximizing keywords, synonyms, suggestions and related queries;
  • Report any problems or processes that slow down enrichment efforts so that possible solutions can be explored.

Qualifications

To join our team, you'll need:

  • College diploma in e-commerce, archiving or data processing (asset).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in online merchandising for a transactional website.
  • Understanding of ecommerce best practices.
  • Proficiency in MsOffice suite (advanced Excel an asset).
  • Bilingualism essential (oral and written).
  • Analytical skills, thoroughness and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once.
  • Good sense of responsibility, planning and work organization.
  • Experience in the vehicle parts industry and knowledge of industry standards: ACES & PIES (asset).
