About the Role


We are currently looking for a dynamic Product Content Writer/Producer who can demonstrate not only exceptional writing skills but also an exceptional command of language and a flair for creativity, contributing to the development of a comprehensive library of product content and materials to bolster our demand generation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the collaboration with the product team and demand generation function to create a substantial volume of compelling and easily digestible content. This content serves to articulate the value and intricate capabilities of a highly specialized platform, strategically supporting a diverse array of marketing campaigns.
  • Continuously contribute to the expansion of our content repository to communicate and market the value and intricacies of Thentia's platform as new features and capabilities evolve.
  • Uphold masterful copywriting and editing prowess, characterized by meticulous attention to detail, an impressive command of language, and an unwavering passion for the art of product storytelling.
  • Take creative ownership of content, tailoring it for various platforms and ensuring a consistent brand voice.
  • Innovate content strategy by introducing new ideas to achieve sustained growth in alignment with revenue targets.
  • Maintain a datadriven approach, consistently analyzing data to inform and guide content creation decisions.
  • Operate effectively under tight deadlines, demonstrating the ability to deliver highquality content in a timely manner.
  • Exhibit selfstarting qualities, proactively taking action and collaborating across teams to ensure messaging validity and comprehensiveness.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience (7+ years) as a content professional, preferably with a focus on productoriented content development in the regulatory or GovTech/SaaS industries.
  • A bachelor's degree in a marketingoriented field, or an equivalent diploma.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a portfolio that reflects a deep understanding of the nuances of content creation within a complex industry.
  • Success in developing website copy and building a comprehensive library of content materials, with a passion for storytelling, a meticulous attention to detail, and a exceptional command of the English language.
  • An ability to distill complex, technical information and articulate it clearly and creatively, in alignment with brand standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and creative agency to produce highquality content ideation, iteration, and final production.
  • Strong creative acumen and the ability to take ownership of content, ensuring it aligns with brand identity and resonates across diverse platforms.
  • Proactive and selfstarting attitude, with a history of taking initiative to drive projects forward.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines, with a proven ability to deliver highquality content within time constraints.
  • Previous experience as a journalist is a significant advantage, demonstrating a deep understanding of storytelling and narrative structure.
  • Uptodate knowledge of industry trends and best practices in content development and marketing.
  • Experience using WordPress and any animation/video editing tools skills will be considered an advantage.
