Site IT Systems Analyst is responsible for the overall planning, organizing and execution of all IT projects for a local site.

The person will have significant interaction with internal clients, IT associates, and third-party service providers. Position requires a strong bias towards service, quality, and customer satisfaction.


The Role

  • Participates in or leads technology initiatives for the site. Analyze current technology landscape, conduct regular reviews of local systems, and generate reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
  • Researches, evaluates, and provides technical solutions to address defined business requirements. Identifies alternatives and present recommendations that meet user needs and comply with established standards.
  • Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and support systems, network, and infrastructure services.
  • Procurement and IT inventory management in accordance with corporate guidelines
  • Create and maintain documentation of technology assets at a site by following standard Catalent processes.
  • Providing technical support for local site systems by troubleshooting problems and recommending solution.
  • On call 24x7 for emergencies and special projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience engineering and supporting the following: Windows servers, Office 365/Azure, knowledge of network principles, protocols, and Technologies
  • Basic understanding of Applications either Lab/Manufacturing or ERP.
  • Work experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or laboratory environment is preferred.
  • Good understanding of technology standards for maintaining a system at a site.
  • Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 023kg (050lbs).
  • Must be able to work nonstandard hours (weekends, evenings, nights) as needed.
  • Travel 010%.

Shifts:
Regular working hours: 8:00 AM— 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM — 5:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
