Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients in the trucking industry by answering their queries and resolving issues related to our AI and data analytics tools.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and guide clients through the resolution process.
  • Educate customers on how to use our products effectively, helping them understand the features and benefits of our tools.
  • Administer client accounts, including proactive data review, contract scheduling, and renewals.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to improve our tools and services based on customer feedback.

Requirements:


  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry, specifically the trucking sector
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet customer needs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Prior experience in customer service or help desk support preferred
  • Knowledge of AI and data analytics preferred

$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
