Are you passionate about taking a creative idea and seeing it come to life? Live Furnish is currently seeking a trailblazing Content & Social Media Specialist to help grow our online presence, build brand awareness, and engage our clients and prospects.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will be the brand voice across all our social media and digital channels, and have the know-how to craft compelling, unique content customized for each social platform.

Your goal will be to expand our reach, drive leads, and increase our engagement with new and existing customers.


Here's how you'll accomplish this:

Responsibilities:


  • Work with the Marketing Manager to develop, implement and manage our online channels using competitive research, messaging and audience identification
  • Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, and video) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages brand engagement
  • Writes and publishes SEO optimized website content for our target ICP
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns
  • Optimize company social media pages to increase the visibility of company's social content
  • Capitalize on and promote usergenerated content in line with the moderation policy
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to create and optimize social media collateral
  • Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Bolster your network by interacting with industry professionals and influencers via social media

Requirements:


  • Strong project management or organizational skills
  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest etc.)
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
  • Knowledge of the eCommerce sector is a bonus
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Selfstarter, and a team player, with the confidence to take the lead when required
  • Good technical understanding and can learn new hardware and software quickly
  • Experience running B2B SaaS social media channels is considered an asset
  • Must be familiar with HubSpot Social & CMS Hub (Hubspot certification considered an asset)
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Communications/English, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or Design, Political Science. Will consider a lower level of education based on passion for the industry.

Experience:


  • Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
