    Role

    Production Specialist I (PS1) This is the primary role in the Client Support Services (CSS) operation. The Production Specialist will eventually perform all aspects and duties within the CSS operation. These duties entail both activities associated with "Inbound" and "Outbound" client deliverables.

    The anticipated start date for this role is August 12th, 2024

    Responsibilities

    ·Using scanners, printers, and assembly equipment to exceed our customers' expectations.

    ·Working closely with Workflow Coordinator and management to balance incoming work with critical outgoing mail.

    ·Using clear and timely communication to senior colleagues and management ensuring we deliver world-class service to our clients.

    ·Receiving the inbound mail, and sorting the mail based on client

    ·Scanning the mail on the Imaging scanner based on established standard operating procedures.

    ·Operating high-speed print devices – setup, operate, finish, reconciliation, and light maintenance

    ·Assembling manually – hand folding, collation, insertion, and reconciling of personalized documents.

    ·Troubleshooting equipment and operating stand-alone postage meters

    ·Receiving/Warehousing (Shipping/Receiving, Material evaluation/validation, Put away/Order Pulling, Cycle Counting

    ·Staging and gathering all components of the bill of materials for final assembly finished goods ready for shipping.

    Requirements

    ·Have good problem-solving skills

    ·Have a good work ethic with a high level of accountability, honesty, and integrity

    ·Be willing to perform in a moderately flexible schedule to meet business demands.

    ·Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in one or more production area with the goal of becoming proficient in 6-12 months

    ·Be willing to learn to setup, operate, and troubleshoot all equipment in all production areas and accompanying procedures.

    ·Have the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment

    ·Be able to work with accuracy, neatness and speed while maintaining a clean, and organized work environment

    ·Have a High School diploma or GED and basic computer skills

    ·Have 2 years' experience in operations is preferred in one or more of the following. Production Printing, Automated Inserting, Receiving/Warehousing.
