The Role:
Brokerage Operations Associate


Reporting into the Manager, Brokerage Operations the Brokerage Operations Associate provides trading, share movement and money movement support for all North American stock plan clients.

The associate will be assigned to a specific function will provide oversight to ensure transactions are processed on time and accurately.

The Specialist is a customer service-oriented problem-solver who engages internal and external partners to achieve remarkable service for our clients and plan participants.

Aligning to the enterprise goals, you will support the daily completion of settlement and payments activity.

You'll support team objectives and initiatives and you'll leverage your experience to promote the continuous improvement of technology, tools, and processes.


What You'll Do:
Reconcile and coordinate daily share and money movement with transfer agents, broker partners and our banking partner
Complete investigations of trade discrepancies or settlement delays
Cash or share rejection handling and reprocessing
Daily process audit, data validation and control sign off
Enhance or create process documentation and training guides
Accurately sort, format treasury letters, and verify accuracy


QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring

Prior financial services experience highly desirable: bank, brokerage operations, trade settlements, investment fund, pension fund, commodities trading, or other

Interest in and/or experience with equity compensation and share plans

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Accuracy, attention to detail, and solutions orientated

Effective time management and ability prioritize tasks

A deep belief in team success, collaboration, and a willingness to adapt to continuous change

Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment which includes ongoing learning and training opportunities
