CanWest Concrete in Leduc is seeking an experienced Windows Project Estimator to join our successful sales team. Lots of room to grow in this position and take on estimating in different departments.

Responsibility:

Prepare and provide estimates to customers for both commercial and residential projects.
Lead project meetings, site visits, and make sure CanWest's policies and procedures are followed.
Assist in the preparation of contracts, negotiation of changes, revisions, and additions as required.
Plan, implement, and monitor the construction plan
Ensure documentation and billing are completed in a timely manner

Experience:

Minimum of one year experience in the concrete cutting industry is required
12 years of experience in sales
12 years of experience in Project Management
Ability to read construction drawings is required
Experience with Bluebeam Revu is preferred.
Standard office programs; Outlook, Excel, etc.
