Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
o Solicit new business through dealer based inside sales campaigns, providing an overview of the company background and services.
o Manage the company's customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Maintain the CRM database, including setting up new users, assigning user access and rights, uploading new data, generating regular reporting and assisting the field sales team as required.
o Coordinate company trade show and dealer meeting participation.o Handles customer research.
o Performs other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned.

Education/Experience:
University degree in a relevant field preferred. Minimum of high school diploma.
Language Ability:
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to interpret graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office required, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel. Excel and Outlook utilization will be particularly heavy. Ability to rapidly become proficient in the utilization of the customer relationship management software is critical.
