Description

The Consent Order Reporting and Documentation Lead will work closely with GFT data teams to establish, coordinate, track and oversee a program that will drive adherence the RBCM Lifecycle. The role includes helping to establish and develop the tools and capabilities that will track, report and maintain required artifacts, and will help lead the closure of deliverables.

Responsibilities

:

Ensure all Regulatory business critical milestones (i.e. RBCM) are properly aligned to 'RBCM Lifecycle'

:

-
Ensure all artifacts are on track/approved in advance of mandatory checkpoints and are aligned to reported deliverables on an ongoing basis

:

-
Maintain lifecycle calendar by RBCM, ensuring artifacts are on schedule, meetings are calendared, and all approvals are in place

:

-
Act as initial 'Checker' for all mandatory RBCM lifecycle artifacts; should become expert in RBCM artifacts documents and should be able to review in advance ensuring accuracy and completeness

:

Assist with the completion and upload artifacts as required

:

Facilitate with BAs, PMs and Dev to ensure appropriate information is captured

Ensure any queries in respect to RBCMs and lifecycle artifacts/events are tracked, monitored and reported to management.

Design and develop reporting status framework and approach to provide insight into RBCM status

:


Qualifications

:

-
5+ years of work experience in written and verbal communications and reporting to senior leadership audience

:

-
Data driven, high level of attention to detail required

:

-
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills required

:

-
Experience in governance reporting/project management preferred

:

-
Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel and other MS office products; Confluence experience beneficial

:

-
Strong planning skills, effective time management and ability to meet deadlines

:

-
Good interpersonal skills, ability to interact with Senior Management

:

-
Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative

:

-
Bachelor's degree or equal experience (Masters is a plus)

:

-
Experience in an Audit or Compliance role preferred, but not required

:
