Job summary
The Retail Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving in-store traffic and sales through highly effective print marketing programsLeads planning production distribution of monthly printed promotional materials window clings pump toppers shelf talkers danglers posters bollards road signs etc for all stores including but not limited to Quickie Other parties include MacEwen Fuel Car Wash alternative fuel properties Manages promotional calendars creative briefs copy proofing pre-production production checks ensure accurate store-level assets Maintains store-level deployment lists ensures on-time deliveries installations Researches develops new ways communicate store offerings current aspirational customers including innovation interior exterior signage Maintains Marketing Media Kit includes empirical data customers locations showcases investment opportunities monthly promotional material

Partners Operations Category Management Pricing Facilities Construction Merchandising coordinate shipments support business goals Provides sign kits instructions store teams resolves store level issues swiftly Acts Retail Marketing point contact Retail Category Managers Operational Territory Managers required- 3-5 years retail marketing print production signage wayfinding
- Mult unit experience strongly preferred convenience QSR grocery fuel
- Strong vendor management production knowledge substrates design pre postproduction colour font proofing finishing Demonstrated experience executing large-scale print campaigns store outfitting projects asset Proficient project management basic design collaboration Excellent organization skills attention detail deadline management Strong communication skills written verbal Brief creatives campaigns guide installers Must working knowledge Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook Microsoft Teams Must working knowledge Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Highly self motivated able minimal supervision Valid driver license access reliable vehicle require travel stores job sites events
