ABOUT WALLACE & WALLACE:

Wallace + Wallace is looking for a full time Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

We are looking for a driven employee who thrives in a fast paced work environment.

At Wallace, we wouldn't be able to achieve our high standard of customer service without honest, highly motivated team players.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, energetic, and confident in maintaining daily processes and internal/external requests in our overhead door business.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and suggest products that meet or exceed their needs.
• Prepare, deliver, and convert sales quotes to sales orders.
• Prepare sales orders for invoicing following service calls.
• Interact with suppliers to source job specific materials.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through urgency and action.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with potential clients through open and interactive communication.
• Continually develop industryleading product knowledge via all available internal and external resources, striving to become a wellrounded and wellinformed sales representative.
• Manage time effectively, meet goals and work effectively with other members of the Overhead Door division team.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Skill Set

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Analytical, detail oriented and organized
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Adaptable to various situations with the ability to work well under pressure and in high stress situations
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to multitask

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Inside sales: 2 years (preferred)
