Customer Assistant

Job Requirements:


  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working in an office setting preferred but not required.
  • Flexibility for working in the field is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who can commute between Kelowna, BC office.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide support to clients in the field by providing them with the tools they need to succeed

This includes:
data entry, project management, client onboarding, reporting, and project completion.

  • Identify opportunities for training/development for front desk staff including meeting room setup/remodeling, taking pictures of products for website/social media presence, etc.
  • Assist with product research including photos/descriptions of packaging/labels/labels/stickers/stickers sheets/sheets. Prepare photos for website/social media presence including product descriptions (website). Prepare product descriptions (social media presence). Prepare product reports (project management). Prepare reports for sales team. Prepare reports for internal teams. Prepare reports for project managers. Prepare reports for sales department as needed. Assist with other projects as needed (including projects within sales department).

Education:


  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:


  • Call center: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Kelowna, BC V1Y 1Z6: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
