SECURITY TENANT

PHARA is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to join our team.


You will play a vital role to the organization by providing clean, well-maintained, and secure buildings and grounds at PHARA's three North Bay locations: 280 Oakwood Avenue, 200 Oakwood Avenue, and 122 Massey Drive in North Bay, Ontario.

This position also includes on-call duties, responding to calls after hours.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in facility cleaning, basic maintenance, and security.
  • Sound knowledge of WHMIS.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's licence, insurance, and access to personal vehicle is an asset.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
