Job summary

A temporary position as a Claims Specialist - Accident Benefits is available for 12 months. The role involves reviewing claims and issuing settlement directives.

Responsibilities

  • Coach internal advisors to develop their technical skills.
  • Provide policy advice, verify settlement costs and ensure compliance with claims best practices.
  • Review claims and help advisors and practitioners settle them.
  • Conduct research and serve as resource person, proposing solutions to conflicts and situations outside the expert's scope of authority.
