Job summary
The Coordinator partners closely with Receptionists, Catering, Facilities, HR/People Operations, IT, Marketing and Communications to streamline processes for onboarding/offboarding (credentials,access,and equipment), maintain accurate administrative records,
and uphold service standards that reflect MSC's values and culture.
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations,inclusing office supplies,vendor liaison,and service requests.
- Schedule meeting room bookings coordinate internal events,support executive scheduling needs.
