- Daily communications to vendors regarding new style needs & developments, production and delivery information
- Understand the fundamentals of logistics; monitor inbound shipments with Operations team to ensure timely deliveries
- Work with vendors to ensure developments are issued and "proto" samples are executed according to the requirements within deadline
- Oversee fullcycle production of items (including but not limited to lap dips, strike offs, fabrics, trims, accessories, fit, size set, prepro & TOP sample approval)
- Establish and track a WIP/calendar for factories to ensure that all the goods meet delivery and quality standards
- Provide daily/weekly production status updates
- Support production management in organizing, inputting, and validating vendor costing information
- Accurately maintain data within our ERP system to ensure proper material and labor expenses are recorded
- Validate and cross reference vendor invoices, packing slips, and material costs/usage
- Issue vendor POs within our ERP system
- Organize and consolidate style specific cost sheets
- Maintain pricing encyclopedia and reference information to help control and estimate costing
What You'll Offer:
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and persuasion skills
- 13 years of experience working with inventory/ERP systems [preferred]
- 13 years of experience tracking and organizing data from various sources
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced, qualityoriented, deadlineoriented environment
- Strong attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
- Strong proficiency in Office and/or Gsuite (Excel and Google Drive especially)

$44,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
