Job description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with billing
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed
- Provide administrative support to the office staff as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using booking software applications
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
